I have a moderate case of OCD, it drives me nuts more than those around me. I'm a clean freak, a place for everything, everything IN it's place. I wash my hands so often they would crack open and bleed if not for good hand lotions and everything I do is done in a set order, otherwise I can't do it. I thrive on order and routine. But all cases of OCD can be traced back to childhood, mine was chaos after the death of my father so my mind compensated by creating order and routine. OCD can be treated but only to a point, no one is ever fully "cured" of it, so push yourself to widen your limits. Good luck & God bless.

Me! I always get thoughts that somebody is coming to get me when I'm alone in the house, and I can't have a shower without thoughts of snakes coming up the plughole. To meet more people with OCD, go to: www.stuckinadoorway.co.uk . Good luck!
