they could block the service, which means you couldn't use your cell number any more. they will start with outgoing calls, you can't call out but you still can receive calls but if you still do not settle your bill, they'll block or switch off your service.
but they can't do anything to your phone, no matter what model. you still can use it with another SIM card, which means another line. but try to settle it as soon as possible as they will take legal action against you.

Yep... they will block outgoing calls to your mobile and text messages, however you can receive phone calls an messages. Once you've paid the bill they will unblock it.

Yes they CAN only if the fone came packaged with the SIM. but not immediately though, first the outgoing calls, next is incoming calls, then the fone itself.

they can shut the service off but they can't block your 8800 unless it isn't unlocked they might not give you the unlock code
