My good friend takes a breath of oxygen out of a tank that's hooked up to a pepsi dispenser. He's had migrains for 40 years, and he says that is the only thing that helps, besides smoking lots of pot. Pure oxygen into the brain I think works best, Just a small dose, not too much. Try it and see if it works for you. I am ronscott 1951 at yahoo if you want me to refer you to my long time friend. He is way cool, and has had migrains all his life. Ron

you can buy over the counter remedies like migraleave.but if you want a natural way, but i suffer greatly with migrane and i find if i take 5 mins out every now and then stick on a cd of my fav tunes and just relax that it can keep it away for hours or days if that fails i just find also if i find some where quite and just sit and think but not hard just think about something really nice it relaxes the brain and stops the tension building up so that also keeps it away hope that helps

There is a new tablet, formally only available on Prescription, but you can get it at the chemist now, all you have to do is speak to the pharmacist, called something like 'imigram?'. Those cool patches that you stick on your forehead can also help, but they don't look too good out in public! Take care.

Try something with a large amount of caffiene....like strong coffee. The combination of 1 aspirin, 1 tylenol, and a cup of strong coffee should do the trick. Wish you the best of luck........

there is a pressure point on your hand between your thumb and 1st finger, if you spread your hand out, palm down, you can see a flesy bit, press quite hard into that space, this should help as a temporary measure, acupuncture is another great way of relieving migraines.
