Hello Batman,
Hanging up side down on an Inversion table is very good for you. It possibly helps to realigned your spine helping take the pressure off of all sorts of things like trapped nerves. It's like having traction, all though I'm not sure its good if you are hanging by your feet and you have trouble with your Achilles tendon. I know you have to get used to inversion and some people do suffer with headaches, but i also think in time this will subside as you get used to regularly hanging upside down. Ohhh and its supposed to help you think cos of all the blood innit

It can help your spine.....and cause a stroke if you have blodd pressure problems. I know it sounds strange but it happen here outside of Philly three years ago when a 45 year old man used an "inversion table" and he douldn't get it upright again. I think you can still get info on the incident.
