I must I must exercise my bust.

Sorry couldn't resist. I think the best exercise for that is laying on your back with your arms stretched out to the side raise your arms straight up and in (kinda like your wrapping your arms around a barrel) use hand weights for more resistance. I don't know what this exercise is called but someone might. GOOD LUCK

exercise is the only way to build those muscles back up to support the breast. Only takes a few minutes a day.

Hang upside down for about a year and your breast will get the idea you want them to be perky. Bingo your figure is back!

breasts are just big pockets of fat. The skin is stretched and won't get back to "normal" unless you see a plastic surgeon.
