It is quite thin yes, however if you are naturally very small framed and have a high metabolism, it's fine. It's only when your body is not made to be a size 6 and you are purposefully dieting to be skinny. I'm 5ft2 and a UK size 10-12, I could never be a size 6, because it wouldn't look good on me, but for you, it may well be ideal. Take care : )

my daughter is 5' 5'' and is a size 6 she is 20.
This has been a problem all her life as when she was 2 she weighs the same as one of her brothers did at 6 months. Our GP was concerned and referred her to our Children's hospital where they told us nothing was wrong and were quite clearly annoyed with.GP for making the referral in the first place.
She was always quite a small eater and apart from some ear infections was always - and still is - very healthy.
Although her appetite was poor as a child she eats well now but just seems naturally very slim, also she does,nt go to the gym or take much exercise etc, however her job means she is on her feet all day.
I would say now she is getting nearer to a size 8 and finding jeans that fit is no longer a problem for her. I don't know how old you are but as long as you are healthy I should'nt worry too much.

I am 5'5" and a size 8-10. My boyfriend hates that I am so skinny but I really struggle to put weight on. My doctor said that I am on the border of underweight but healthy but that I should try and put a little more weight on. I like that I am not big but I do think I am underweight.
In this case, in my opinion you are too thin. If you are concerned or need help putting on weight you should go and see your doctor.
Hope that helps.

It is very thin certainly , most of us would be jealous of your lovely figure. If you are eating right and feel good in yourself enjoy it!! Before I had my daughter I was a size UK 8 and got jealous comments all the time! I'm now a UK 12 and that does me fine!

If you feel it is too thin see a doctor and discuss it with him, if you are young then it probably is your metabolism in speed up mode and as long as you are not stupidly dieting, then it will be ok, size isn't everything weight and shape and well being are all other important factors. Don't worry you will soon increase in size as you age. Enjoy your body while you have it.
above all don't worry - be happy, big hugs to you

depends on your age. for a young adult passed her teen yes. try eating more, or eating the right food. it is not good if you are not naturally thin and you have lost it coz of stress or dieting. see a nutritionist, just try and get to an 8. ask your doctor for the average weight for a person your age group and height, not everybody is the same but it should help. take care of your self if u are not doing so already.
