A lady refusing to pay her TV licence (Yes.. we have to buy a $200 per year LICENCE to watch TV), gets sent to jail for like 2 months, while a hit and run driver who kills a child, or a burgalar caught for the 15th time will get fined and get community service when they should be locked up.
