Guess I am not tuned in on this one. "Are answers prison for oneself"? What the heck question is that? No, of course not, it is freedom and seeing your own ideas and opinions in the open. It is like opening the door of your soul to be released. It is fun and relaxing. Are you in prison or something??????

No, they are not, but they can be perceived that way:
They can become our traps.

In the song, ''Hotel California'' (the Eagles) the lyrics suggest that

"we are all just prisoners, of our own device'' -

and I figure there is some truth in it. But again, it does depend upon the individual (= 'awareness').

Answers themselves are NOT important. It is the question (that we ask) of the self that is important, as a signpost to which way our thinking is taking us - or - where we are.

Sash.

Number 6: Where am I?
Number 2: In the Village.
Number 6: What do you want?
Number 2: We want information.
Number 6: Whose side are you on?
Number 2: That would be telling. We want information... information... information.
Number 6: You won't get it.
Number 2: By hook or by crook, we will.
Number 6: Who are you?
Number 2: The new Number 2.
Number 6: Who is Number 1?
Number 2: You are Number 6.
Number 6: I am not a number, I am a free man.

Sometimes they are. Once I got only 2 responses for my question. Both were unsatisfactory in my opinion. I did not rate any of them as the best answer and let open to vote. I found that the worst of the 2 answers was voted as best answer. It received only one vote. In that case I found that answers were a prison for myself.

Questions are a burden to others. Answers are a prison for oneself.

Glad to see a Prisoner fan here. :)

Others can pick no count if to settle for the 'burden'. it fairly is not imposed on them. solutions, like numerous different acts or words, are basically a detention center if we deny ourselves the main appropriate to study and boost and alter. reality is a function of condition. situations replace, even though if basically through passage of time.

No,you ask the questions and you will get all kinds of answers. You are not a prisioner to these answers. You absorb all of them and use your mind to use what you think is best or none at all.

Yes. On two counts:

1. You make known your expectation and stand and therefore are bounded;
2. You passes self-judgement on yourself when fail to keep up.
