I'm on a college campus, so I don't have access to a convenience store, or believe me, I'd be drowning in Nyquil right now. Anything that I can do to go to sleep more easily or to at least get rid of my stuffy nose?

Try a hot shower. The steam will help clear your head and the shower will help you relax enough to get to sleep.

Either a hot shower or stand outside the tub with hot water running. Also, as a preventative, gargle with water and one tsp of salt.

If you have something really spicy/hot to eat it would get the fluids running. If not, get your washcloft and get it as warm as you can and lay that across your face. You will be able to breathe.

You could try some steam if you have access to a hotplate and a pan.

Take a nasal decongestant. Drink brandy with milk.
That should help you sleep.
