Most rip-off schemes comes or originate from Nigeria.
Better tripple check with the Nigerian Embassy for credentials.
Otherwise, don't even try.
Just do a bit of searchins first...Then you make YOUR desition.

I'd be pretty leery about it. If you didn't apply, I'd stay away from it. Even if you applied to them, watch out, since there are so many scams coming from there. At the first sign of their requiring a fee to do something for you, RUN! And don't give out things like social security number or bank account info. If they say they need it to process an application, you're looking for trouble if you provide it.
