I was trying to installed a new radio/stereo in my hundai.In the process of installing the stereo/radio the yellow wire touch the metal part of the car where the radio/stereo goes in and a spark went off.The radio was not install but the airbag light still on.

It usually works if you disconnect the positive cable from the battery for a couple seconds.

Check the fuse for the SRS circuit. If you blew it, the car's computer sees that there is no power to the sensors or the logic panel, which means the air bag will not work.
Every time you turn on the key, the SRS logic panel does a self-test for all the circuits necessary for the system to function correctly. If it sees that there is a fault of some kind, (eg. no power) then it turns on the warning light to tell you that the SRS is disabled, and you need to get it in for repair.
If your fuse is good, then that spark may have damaged one of the sensors required to warn of a collision. In that case, take it back to the dealer or a QUALITY body shop. You most likely don't have the equipment or the skill to repair the system.
