There are methods for doing that; but I will not reveal them to you--
for (at least) three reasons:

1. You are trying to do something against the College's rules.
2. You risk to be caught (you will leave "traces"). If the superintendents
will discover you, have you thought at the consequences? It worths, a
little "fun", your reputation?; or even your freedom? Before beeing
accepted to your College, you signed a few papers--in which you
stated that you agree with certain regulations, etc., etc.
3. Your parents are spending their money on your education. Have you
thought a little to this matter? You are there because you wanted to learn
something useful. If you want "fun", go to an "Internet-Cafe".
The access to certain sites has been blocked, primarily, for security reasons.-

You don't! They're put in place to stop people accessing sites that the college don't wish you to view, or download stuff from.

You need to have adminstrator rights to be able to change security settings.

hi, i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. which enable you to block any site as you wish.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
