a friend chased me for 2 months, then we started seeing each other. He was nice and caring but as soon as he knows that some people know that we were seeing each other, he says that he does not want to be serious. We agreed on that because we're both students and he is intending to leave in one year.
3 weeks passed and things were fine. Then suddenly, he went crazy at me, accusing me for falling in love with him, although I've NEVER said I love you or ever talked about LOVE. Instead, he was the one who was always talking about love.
He gets mad if other guys flirt with me. When he thought that I was going to cut contact, he suddenly tried very hard to become friends with my guy friends. Told me to write him during the holidays. Even told me he's intending to stay here longer!
Now I am back, he texted me, happy that i was back but would always decline my suggestion to meet up. We eventually met by coincidence, talked etc but no suggestion of a meeting was done, how do i start?

Figure out if you want him or not first, and what he really want's. You, you and someone else. Sounds like it's a commitment problem.

This guy doesn't sound like he's worth your time, he doesn't sound like he's a friend or a boyfriend prospect. Start looking at all of the other great guys around you and you will find one that wants to be with you as much as you want to be with them.

You friend is acting in ways that indicate he is acting from mixed motives.
I see elements of desparation, control, stalking and fear in this.
This guy is not ready for a mature relationship in any form.
Stay clear.
