I agree. Get it all out, and get on with your life.
I am not in a relationship at the moment, but I have been in love. My biggest advice on a breakup is to cry and mourn it. Then let it go.

When I met my guy I was trying so hard to be his perfect woman. He said how much he hated liars, so I agreed and said that I never lie. That was a lie, I'm a bit of a complusive liar...just about little things but I'm great at it! Now I feel like I can never let him know the real me, and cant imagine a way to tell him the real truth.
