Well it is different from each individual.As for me it is one of the source through which we can enrich our knowledge in different dimensions.
We can help someone to come out of the problems which r very confidential and could not be shared with anybody.
We can get in touch with the answers which are more informative and thought provoking.
We can use this sections to get some guidelines for our assignments(like maths,science)

I am off work till tuesday and this kills time. Not only that but It is fun. I get a good laugh at the ones that are trying to be funny, and I like to hear what people have to say and help out to when I can.

Great question.
What one gets depends upon ones choice, attitude. likes and dislikes etc.
Some replies, I have found, is given only to get 2 points.
Some are really good to increase our knowledge.
Some are too lengthy to go through completely.
Some are humours and some are,no doubt, silly too.
Above all it is a good entertainment and stress relieving platform after the days work.

You get the satisfaction of helping someone and to listen to someone problems. It a great way to help and to make new friends. And to get your opinion across to others and for others to give advice.And for you to take the advice given.
