No it doesnt. This is the by far the stupidest question ive encountered yet thismorning. unless the girl youre kissing has aids and you stick your tongue in there and you both have cuts and your blood touches hers, you wont get aids.

Yes it can! If she has a cut in her mouth and blood passes from there to you. Aids is transmitted only through blood tranfer. So watchout when next you kiss a girl and be sure she ain't get no WOUND!
