I'm 14 and am so board (spelt wrong) because I am an only child and my family are SOOO protective that I'm not aloud out of the property and am not aloud to hang out with my mates. they dont look at what I'm doing on the internet otherwise I wouldne be here asking this question, but it would be apreaciated if someone was able to give me an website that i cold go to , WITHOUT DOWNLOADING ANYTHING!, so that i could talk to people and stay at home at the same time.

My first thought is http://www.Stickam.com/
Stickam is a new website but it already has lots of kids your age using it. The cool thing about Stickam is that it allows other kids with webcams to see each other easily BUT YOU DON"T NEED TO HAVE ONE. Also, you don't need to download anything.
My advice would be to go to www.stickam.com and click on "Who's live?". "Who's Live" will show you who is online and broadcasting on their webcam. Click on someone that looks friendly and interesting. You'll see them live on their webcam and hear their voice as well. They won't see you if you don't have a webcam but they will know someone is visiting them. Use the built in chat.
Also, another cool feature is group webcam chat. Go to one of the Stickam chat rooms and you'll see six or more live webcam feeds all at once in one browser window. You can chat and see everyone and hear many of them if they have their microphone on. If you have a microphone, use it. Very cool.
Otherwise, a few other sites I'd recommend that are completely free and don't require any downloading to use:

Oh,yes....You can make up a XANGA site where you can blog and make new friends...You will get comments frm other ppl too..I got a website too....Its very nice and interesting....You can get to know more abt ppl around you !!!
