There could be a whole load of different reasons for it. There could be a leak in the supply, or it could be overloading the circuit it's on. Without looking at it, how can anyone suggest anything?

Call an electrician. It's the only sensible thing to do.

With my experience I see two probabilities; A) you have a lot more equipment on that one circuit then the fuse will permit...all you have to do is remove load on that ckt and you won't have any more problems...or...B) the item in question has a short replace it or live without one...in this situation, just resetting the breaker over and over again is dangerous...there's a possibility for a fire and I don't know about you but I don't like training on the extinguisher more times than I need to.

Do you mean those little things you heat cups with? Those are really dangerous. Just get some other method of heat.
