Eric Clapton's guitar during Unplugged?

Anyone have any idea what guitars he used in that album? Especially during Tears In Heaven?

It was an 000-28EC there is an Eric Clapton Series out there now (and custom built for him at the time). No historical gems there. Also I think he used a National Guitar for the slide stuff. I'm not sure what he used for the 12 string for Alberta...

its an 000-28 by cf martin im not sure the year but im thinkin the late 20s to the 30s
