Why do tame rabbits have babies all year round and its ancestor the wild rabbit only in spring/summertime?

Tame ones have food on a continual basis, they lack predators, have vaccines on, have medical care, but.....
MAINLY, because tamed have been selected as strains that showed this capacity and have been favored over seasonal main strains.
So this is a case of artificial selection, man made, of course!

Food and weather conditions. Tame rabbits don't have to deal with that to as much of a degree.
