Depends on what you consider the "5 original members"
I'm assuming you mean the Banks, Rutherford, Collins, Gabriel, Hackett line-up?
There might be a one-off show--they've done them a couple of times in the past. I wouldn't hold my breath on anything more substantial than that though

Their website reports that Peter Gabriel answers the question "NO". I'd also like to see the Banks-Collins-Gabriel-Hackett-Rutherford lineup (missed them first time), so I'M disappointed anyway.

I can't predict the future but I think there's a strong possibility there, if they're all alive, I don't even know that.
