My answer would be various species of mosquitos as they are carriers of malaria which kills millions

Actually it would be the "daddy long legs" spider, but unfortunately for the spider, and fortunate for us that the spiders fangs are not strong enough to penetrate human skin, so it would have to bite us like 2000 times to inject enough poison to hurt us. By the time it did that it would be dead, so it doesnt bother. That is why daddy long legs spiders are great to have around the house, they keep all the other insects that it can bite at bay.
