They are probably getting a return saying the webmaster has rejected, or something like that. That could be anything from caps to a _ or even a question mark in your email address that you gave them. The best way is to send THEM a note, then they can reply and add you to their addess book.

Send an email to yourself ..if you receive it then all is fine at your end. If you don't receive it then there is a problem with your email.
