Coconut is a seed only and it is also the biggest seed of any tree/plant in earth.

The coconut is a huge fruit containing only one seed. The seed-coat is the papery layer under the shell. The shell is the hard inner layer of the fruit (equivalent to the pit of the cherry). The Coconut flower's ovary has three compartments (one for each of the "eyes" on the coconut shell) but only one develops and produces a seed.
