To sit by the pool sunbathing is better. You don't get a good shape, but you can get a nice color, it is relax and you don't have to push yourself to do anything.

the weather today is absolutely **** . we've had our summer - it was called July. August has been awful.

still - its not good to sit in the sun for too long is it!
