You shouldn't be asking this question. Someone's Emails are private and personal just like ordinary snail mail. If there is something specific that you're trying to find out, maybe you should just ask the person outright. That would be a far more honest approach. Think what would happen if this person found out that you had been spying on them and more to the point, what it would be like if they were reading your private Email.
