Do you know that TOYZRUS accepts pre-order of products(like new color Nintendo DS) at the counter?

I found TOYZRUS on-line store accepts pre-order. But, I want to buy by cash not credit card Nintendo DS of the new color. So, I just wanna know, I can pre-order at the counter or not.

Preordering at Toysrus does not guarentee that you will get the product you paid for on the release date. The one near me sold the preordered games to walkin customers and when the preordered customers came in they told them they did not get them in and they would not refund their money. Preorder from somewhere else.
