Where I live (Cyprus), a lot of us have been talking about this very subject. When the Israel/Lebanon thing kicked off, thousands of people arrived here - fleeing from Lebanon. Most of them had no time to think and were not allowed to carry very much baggage. An appeal was put out to us for things like toothbrushes, underwear, sanitary items and clothes, etc.
These people had to do what you are thinking about and their priorities were: children and spouse, money, photographs, passports and documents. Nothing else .... anything else is irrelevant in a crisis situation.

the main serious strategies that the folk can wrestle worldwide warming is getting rid of their older variety autos (1979 Buick) through fact, older autos emmitt extra poisonous fumes into the air. Its obtrusive that the extra technological stepped forward a automobile is, the less risky gases it emmitts. A automobile that became equipped 3 or 4 years in the past would be extra financial equipment friendly than a automobile that became assembled 35 years in the past. for top populated cities inclusive of long island, Bus and Taxi companys might desire to replace modern-day automobiles with autos that are powered with the help of hydrogen or electrical energy. in simple terms think of, if each and every considerable city used the Toyota Prius as taxi's, there could be a decreased point of pollution, and additionally taxi fares might desire to be heavily decrease to boot.

Well assuming all people are out of the house I would go for my Animals, then pictures of my Dad, and his rocking chair from when he was a child. Other than that I think I'd let everything else burn up and collect on my insurance hehe (I knew there's a reason I haven't purchased my new TV yet) lol......what would you grab?

Hello!! :o) If I'm lucky enough to be thinking clearly... I'd take my wallet, all of my keys [including my car keys], all of my insurance papers, photographs, a small 'memories' box that I've dragging around with me all these years - for some unknown reason, my computer 'tower', and most of my clothes and toiletries. [toothbrush, etc.] It would be sad though. I've got hundreds of car magazines in several bookshelves in the 'den'. I guess I'd have to just hope they don't burn. Craig!! :o)

I have so thought about this alot and I would make sure my kids and my pets got out and I keep all my pictures so I have easy access to get them out. Everything I own is precious to me but kids, pets and pics are it for me.
