I am very sorry to hear that. I always make sure to put my keys in my purse or backpack everytime I use them. That way, I always know where they are. I have no clue how much it usually costs at the locksmiths, but I can say that I'm sure it won't happen again to you because you'll probably try harder this time to prevent it. That's what I always do whenever I lose something.

Take the VIN number off of the plate on your dash by the drivers side window to the Ford Dealer, they should be able to cut a key with the VIN number they will have a book of key codes. Should cost less than 10.00.The VIN numbr tag will be a long plate with several numbers and letters combined.

well go to the company who made the car (if you can) and buy another pair of keys or if you have spare keys use them.I just get spare keys when the car is bought.

I don't know but just a bit of advice. As soon as you buy more you will find the old ones. Happens to me everytime.

Break the ignition bad, and you will see two wires, (+) and (-), than remove these wires and connect it together when removed from the rest of the wires. It will start up your car, and will be easy to maintenance that small damage you caused.

Don't look me like I used to break-in cars..lol,, don't stereotype now!..lol
