eat better, drink enough water. if you are dehydrated, your muscles will not be able to work well. eat enough protein, good carbs, and lay off the pop and too much caffeine. do not over sleep. I live on about 5 hours a sleep a day, and feel fine.

SLEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But u could fill up ur bathtub with nice hot water n add lots of bubble bath n mayb bath salts n have fun with the buubbles. Light aromatheraphy candles in ur bathroom with nice meditation music playin in the background. U could get a pedicure done later on
Though wat works best for me is a head massage, with hot oil
