Does anyone know the date of birth and date of death of Mary P. Dolciani? Also any information on William Wooton. A picture would be nice.

Best I can find is that a memorial for Mary P. Dolciani was held in May of 1986, so I assume that she died either April or more likely May 1986. I've not yet found any information on her birth, or William Wooton who co-authored some math books with her...
