You're right, you need to talk to him. You need to tell him that a relationship between you two is wrong in every way possible. It's good that you see that and asked for help.

This is part of YOUR growing up and assuming responsibility and keeping focused on what is important, your moral and ethical values and how you were brought up. Let's chalk that up to a lesson learned and one that you now consider a mistake which you do not intend to repeat.

Yes, by all means speak with your cousin and let your cousin know that it was a mistake and it will never happen again and that he should know better, too. And demand that he respect you as he would want his sisters or his mother respected.

If HE insists or IF HE IS MUCH OLDER THAN YOU, and he tries to do more than just touch, scream and yell... and tell your parents or some other adult you CAN trust IMMEDIATELY.

Listen, it's better that you get yelled at than let something you are not ready for happen... or worse! If he is MUCH older than you, tell someone else and don't worry about the yelling and whatever else... YOU are more important than what can happen... and he has taken advantage of you, and there is nothing to do but seek protection. Speak with your mother; she'll know what to do if your cousin is much older.

Don't worry about it how you felt while it was happening. This does not make you a horrible person nor does it mean that you're bad. It means that you have taken a step toward maturity and responsibility. Good luck and be well.

Your older cousin??
You should have stopped him when u started to feel that he's touching your breasts. But you didn't and continue to let him do it. So you can't really push faults totally at him. If in the 1st place, you push him away and yelled at him NO and STOP his "itchy fingers", he wouldn't have touch you. Mreover, he's your older cousins, he should show RESPECT to you. Well, if you are worried, you SHOULD TELL your parents and not say scared. Just tell them the truth. If you scared your parents scream at you, and you by keeping your 'troubles' is not easy.
Maybe, you could seek yout teachers' or your confidante? Between, maybe at that time, you feel "High" and that's y u let him get his way thru.. But having regret now, it's sort of late isn't it?

If he is older than you HE is responsible!!! Go to your parents and tell them what happened. Don't be ashamed because you didn't start it!! The good thing is you realize that what happened is wrong, and you don't want it to happen again. If you talk to your cousin about it he will probably say something like "You know you liked it, and if it felt good, than it's not wrong." If I were you I wouldn't say anything to him. Tell your parents or another adult that you believe you can trust, and let the adults handle it. Don't try and figure out or resolve this situation on your own!!

tell an adult! your aunt uncle or parents!!! You do need 2 talk 2 him as well and dont think its your fault or invited it! Its natural for a woman to feel exitment to betouched on her breast and he should have never invaded your space like that

he is not supposed to do that and has betrayed your trust...next thing you know both of you will be having sex...warn him, and tell your parents if this happens again

if you are a willing accomplice then you should be ready to bear responsibility for whatever future actions that may happen between the both of you...

Im not sure what your question is, I would say though, that if you dont want to do stuff with him then you shouldnt, and dont make him think that you do, if you do and are just afraid of it being "immoral" I would say get over it and do whatever you want.
