Contact the local council of Senior/disabled citizens.
You may want to edit this question and state what kind of help you need.

THE PLACES TO CONTACT: YOUR COUNTY COMMISSIONER, YOUR CHURCH OF CHOICE, THE SALVATION ARMY, THE RED CROSS. ANY OF THESE HAVE AVAILABLE INFORMATION OR RESOURCES THAT CAN SOLVE ALMOST ANY PROBLEM YOU HAVE. THEY WILL CONNECT YOU WITH THE RIGHT COMPANY OR PERSON TO HELP YOU. JUST DON'T BE TOO SHY TO ASK. FOR INSTANCE, IF YOU WERE A VET AND YOU CALLED THE VFW OR AMVETS OR AMERICAN LEGION, JUST GET OUT OF THE WAY.
