i meant that people often say there are aliens but i wanna know that aliens exist or not.

ok...first you cant tell anyone because thier mission here is secret!
take a metal colander and duct tape 3 9 volt batteriers to it
1 in the front and 2 on each side.
on the back of the colander duct tape a magnet....this is so they cannot detect you detecting them!
take some wire and connect all the batteries together.
then connect the colander to any ordinary pair of sunglasses with some wire.
put the colander on your head and the glasses on your face.
you should now be able to detect who is an alien an who is not.

Hey i dont want to freak you out man, but concept! vision, what do you see?? Humanoids, or a being that would hold a high amount of intelligent. what would be your concerns.
Consider the idea; the galaxy is huge, every star in the sky produces the same UV energy that the sun does. keep in mind that pure light like the sun can be seen from so so far away. if there is intelligent life, imagine how far they would have to travel to find earth, unless there is life on mars or something.
I believe in the possibility of life out there, but i dont thing that they would ever discover the means to travel space and keep in mind that the native people would evolve to live in there environment so there would pro bally be distinct differences in there appearance

anything w/c could detect electromagnetic and infrared waves as far as ummm.........a thousand galaxies???(it helps!!)
