Sperm was released from my penis yesterday. A while after this happened, a layer of skin on my penis has swolen up or it just feels thick and this has never been there before. Is this normal?

it does not itch. it isnt red.it is just normal colour.
i released sperm myself by rubbing it.

Apparently u didnt provide enough information about your status of swelling, does it itch? what's the colour of ur swollen skin? and also u didnt provide enough info about how the sperm get ejaculated, was u with some guy? or is it just only urself.. and if it was only with urself, were u using such tools or maybe just plain fist? if it does itch, i suggest maybe u had some allergy reactions of something, or it might be ur sperm u had allergy with.. (i dont know, do u have such sensitive skin?) all things are possible.. if it comes with fever or such pain or the swollen skin gets numb i extremely suggest u go to the doctor.. hope my answer gets helpful enough, im a medical student in my area.. thanks, and get well soon

My advice is not to listen to the answers on here dude.
Your question just isnt specific enough!!
I wouldnt say its normal... but you should see what its like in a few days.
Do you have trouble urinating?
Where exactly is this lump? at the end of the foreskin? Is it on the shaft? etc....
If it hasnt improved in a day or so, book an apointment to see a doctor. If your doctor recommends circumsition... please email me first... because I could have some info for you.

It is not normal. Please go to a doctor or clinic and have it checked out. I don't know your sexual history, but it could be a venerial disease, or just a normal condition that is not threatening, but you need to have it checked to be sure.

Sounds like you have an infection, get it checked out and use condoms when you have sex to prevent transmission to your partner
