reasons:-(1)yr. power on switch contact shorted.(2)problem with bios setting. disconnect main power,open cabinet,remove cmos battory & clear cmos by shorting the jumper on pt. no. 2&3. wait for 10 second & revert back to noramal. now swith on if there is no physical probleme with power switch pc should now start noramally.enjoy!

Open your PC and go into the BIOS by pressing DEL or F2 key. Then select the fail-safe settings first, then you'll have to ajdust Power Management settings.

You can set the proper option there.

It maybe you have the power on connected wrong. Check the bios to see if it is LAN activated as well. Many will boot as soon as an rj45 cable is connected & they detect an active network.

Check your Bios settings... There are various settings for booting.
On my Pc there is a setting there to turn on booting when power is switched on.

just try to change ur computer's BIOS setting by pressing the delete key on starting or else pl try to contact any computer specialist to get it repaired or get help.
