If you are asking about the RAM size then then you will find it just by right- clicking the My Computer icon on your desktop.
If you want to physically check the RAM then you just have to open the CPU and you will find there memory slots near to processor. Remove it from the side clips and you can check Make, Model, and other specification on the stcker.

It is better if any Hardware engineer suggest you after view the system.
If failed, please check your I/O Device (Motheboard Chipset) Brand from Device manager & inform me to get the RAM type. Also you can search with the Chipset version to get the RAM type.
