Change your diet. Eat some bland foods for a few days and see does that help. Cut out coffee, beer, curries etc. If that doesn't work see a doctor - it could be gastritis or an ulcer.

Stomach starts rumbling when it's empty and the acids inside want something to digest. To stop it the best option is to eat usually fruits. If u r concerned about your wieght, drink lemonade or just lots of water.
It is necessary to do one of these so that the digestive acids don't start burning the insides of our stomach.

stomach rumblings occur when your digestive fluids are pushing digested food through your intestines, hence preparing your stomach for more food. you should eat regularly and small snacks or you will feel possibly sick which could affect your blood sugar level, making you shaky and/or slightly disorientated......but thats at the extreme end of the scale! so eat regularly, and your stomach wont rumble! hahaha

Stomach rumblings either mean you're hungry, or you have indigestion. Obviously for problem 1, you eat food. For problem 2, eat food slower, don't overeat, and avoid gassy stuff like coke.

normally if your stomach rumbles it means that you are hungry so try eating something, if it carries on rumbling after eating it can also be a sign that your body is slightly dehydrated so drink a soft drink that is not fizzy as fizzy drinks dehydrate the body more as does anything with caffeine in it.
