Family is all you have sometimes in life...don't ever turn your back on them...you will always need your family.
You are unhappy if you want to change something prob...do things that make you happy, do things that make others happy, it's very fulfillinng. It fills the hole inside you.

You have to change yourself not just your surroundings. Don't move.
If you are asking about the bf then it is time to change.
Cut back on the family. They can come in handy and you never really loose them anyway.

What kind of change? Are you unhappy with yourself or your situation? What are your dreams, your goals? Try to figure out why you want a change, what you'd like different from now, without running away from yourself....
