Too difficult to state an answer based on the word beautiful as I see that having to do with beauty radiates from within... I don't know any of them personally to be a sound judge... but if you mean best looking... Angelina Jolie, Beyonce, Nicole Kidman, Sandra Bulluck... and Carman Electra is looking pretty good these days now that she has came into a more natural look instead of some cheap ditzy look.
