No way and No class. I hate Satan and everything he/she stands for. As for the name Satan it originally came form Sayton for saying a ton of bad things about good people.
It got changed to Satan probably due to someone's Bad penmanship and that name Satan got popularized.. Lucifer or Satan probably likes it that way cause it's more confusion and Satan loves to confuse almost as much as loving to hurt the good! Some say Satan did as God did and had a son.. but this son however didn't want to be bad so he gave gifts about on Halloween not Christmas and changed his name to Santa from instead of saying Son of Satan. Santa took the word Clause as a last name because He changed his first name. Later Commercializim made Christmas into Santa's day and in order not to offend the Evil spirits for halloween Getting
Candies on that day came about who from?
The Candy and Chocolate bar manufacturers of course! If you dress up on Halloween as the Devil... I suggest you use the name Lucifer! Or
maybe Luther.. In one Superman story.. Luther showed himself to be Lucifer! That story continued and I never got to see the continuation.. perhaps that 2nd part was never made!

I wouldn't name my child Satan if it were a name non associated with the devil anyway. The name itself is strange.

Lucifer is pretty good, and the Dark Lord has a cool ring to it.

Were you trying to decide on a name for your kid? >:-]
