A lot of men feel sleepy after sex (any kind of sex). But it would be better not to give in to it, even if you are alone. Otherwise your body will get used to it and in the future that may cause problems.
Women HATE it when after sex the man turns over and goes to sleep. Relations have been broken because of this.

Wheeew! Im glad you told us your age, I was about to tell you to grow up! Yes, it takes a lot of energy even if you don't think it does. A lot of blood pumping throughout your body for this, so your gonna feel sleepy. After your done, Take a cold shower to wake yer butt up........unless it's bed time, then if it is....DANG, go to bed! hahaahahaa

You feel sleepy because the brain releases a chemical called dopamine after you orgasm which helps you generate another chemical called seratonin then finally that converts to melatonin. Which induces deep sleep.

It takes alot of energy to ejaculate whether people realize it or not same as with ejaculating during sex it just makes you super tired.
