NO.IT IS A PITY TO SAY SO ,BUT IT IS TRUE.

THERE IS A POPULATION OF APPROX. 10 MILLION FROM KASHMIR TO KANYAKUMARI.BUT THE INDIVIDUALS WHO PARTICIPATE OR PROVIDE FOR THE COUNTRY IS A FEW HUNDREDS.

WE HAVE VERY FEW INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE WON ACCOLADES IN THEIR OWN SPHERES.MANY OF THE AVENUES PRESENT IN 21ST CENTURY IS UNKNOWN TO MANY CITIZENS WHO WAIT THEIR MOST PART OF LIFE TO SQUANDER AMONGST DAY TO DAY LIVING IN MANY PARTS OF THE COUNTRY.

THERE ARE VERY FEW INDIVIDUALS WHO CHERISH ANY DREAM IN PERSONNEL/PROFESSIONAL LIVES AND FEWER WHO REALISE THE DREAMS.

IT IS ONLY POSSIBLE FOR PERONS WHO WERE BORN WITH SILVER SPOON IN THEIR MOUTH. GLOBALISING THE ECONOMY HAS PROVIDED FOR A 3-4% CITIZENS WHO EMERGED AS INDIVIDUALS.

EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT ARE BASED ON RESERVATIONS,SO UNLESS MERITS ARE CONSIDERED INSIDE THE COUNTRY ATLEAST IN ONE OF THE CATEGORIES THERE CAN BE NO INDIVIDUALS BUT ONLY A LOOSE MASS OF CITIZENS WHO WILL END UP AS A JUNK MASS UNFIT TO HEED OR LEAD.

BUT THE MERITORIOUS WILL LEAVE THE COUNTRY IN SEARCH OF FERTILE AND GREENER PASTURES WHERE THERE IS SCOPE TO LEARN AND EARN THEIR FRUITFULL SHARES AND BECOME LEADERS IN THEIR NEWFOUND PASTURES.

Well it depends. There are people that live in India that have a different nationality...hence a different citizenship, for example Americans or Germans. But there are Indian citizens living abroad...there are lots in the USA. So the question is, are there more Indian citizens than "other" citizens in India - probably.

Every individuals makes citizens, but the meaning of your saying's right in a way & I agrees with it, but here again that applies not only to India but other countries too. The color of crows is same everywhere.

Well yes it's sad but it is true.U see everyday we r hearing about indiviuals doing this and that eg.in politics the oldest party has to take support of a family to get back to the power and the lady who is supposed to be the most powerful in Indian politics also uses her Mother-in-Law's name to get power.Similarly IN spots there is Sachin Sania...,in films it;s Big B.The point is that in every aspect of our life we need a individual to lead an example for us and why it is so is coz for more than 800 years we were under control of others this made us to search for a hero who will help us in getting rid of the oppressors.Even if see our religious scriptures we will find a hero(Incarnation) who wins over the Evil. But now things r changing and oneday we all be ours hero's.

Of course it does. "Citizens" is a subset of all the individuals currently resident in any country, including India.
