GRE will change in fall 2007. I am supposed to take GRE anytime from spring 2006 to latest fall 2007.
The new one has no analogy quesitons, no computer adaptative, and more writinig related questions.

Should I take it before it changes or try the new one? Any one has good advice? Thanks.

It depends on which school you're applying to, but I think Doe's advice is a little over-general. Many schools look at ALL GRE scores, because ALL of your scores appear on the ETS report. Some schools average your scores, some look at the most recent, some look at the highest, and I wouldn't be surprised if some looked at the lowest. Also, what the schools do with the scores varies, e.g. one school might look at a GRE as a "get at least this score and you're OK" while others might give scores more weight than other application materials (a completely backwards approach in my opinion).

Carlos is correct. You can take the GRE multiple times and use your best score. It's almost standard to take it twice, using the first one as prep. Most people do better the second time around because although the questions are different, the format is the same.

Optimally, you should take both versions twice.

Could you not take both, then use the higher score?
