I think it's in Koki(?) Bay.
First, it was darn near impossible to get to he top of the waterfall. I think i went about it all wrong.
Secondly, when i get to the eel part, it takes forever to get to it and I've lost more than half my life getting down there! I eat coins to regain life but they run out as soon as I pick them up!
How do i successfully pass this?!!!!

the coins up top i wouldn't even worry about. save the coins down below for when you are low on health. he'll come up and start spinning around and you just have to keep at it until you get a tooth clean. then once he falls back down go get the coins and wait for him to jump back out of the hole to get them again. takes a while but as long as you dont waste the coins at the bottom you should be fine. you could also try this site
