Could a human body float in bleach?

Not taking into account the burning... Could someone swim in it?

If you are talking household bleach, like the kind you would use in laundry, Yes. I would guess that the higher the concentration of bleach, the more likely the floating, much like salt water (remember the Dead Sea, where high salt content means everything floats?)

The human body will float in any liquid with a density close or greater than water. Some other things in which a body could float.

Did you see the movie, Dante's Peak? Not quite the same, but close enough.

...and you haven't given any information on the specific gravity of the bleach, so I don't know if even a cadaver would float in it.

ya you can....... float in the beach.......... you can also swim... i have seen people floating in beach..... without any air bags or some stuff to float on..... you have a particular position in yoga to make your body float on water.... i have tried it once in swimming pool but i was not able to make it... you need some expert to guide you 4 d first time to make u floating on water facing the sky.... you will look like as if you are lying relaxed like how you will lie on the floor....looks cool to hear no....... think and see how will it be if u r able to do it.......... that will be great no..!

Buoyancy has to do with the density of the fluid compared to density of object. Bleach has about the same specific gravity as water.

Only blonds (including former brunettes and red heads). Clorox bleach has a specific gravity of 1.085 and is slightly more buoyant than water.

if u relax n stay calm,u can.but if u panic,u can't.that's why when there is flood,most of the people nervous and panic thus can't float...

but if dead sea,whether u heavy or light,gt panic anot oso dun matter..haha...
