how can i make an alien in the sims 2???

stargaze a lot with your sim they will come and get him or her and when he or her will return is peragnet the kid will be alien

you can either have a male sim get abducted and possibly end up pregnant, or you can do it the easy way in CAS.

1. ctrl+shift+c in the neighborhood screen. type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and hit enter.
2. go to create a family. once that's loaded up and a sim is standing there looking bored, click on the background (it's not absolutely necessary but could be annoying, you'll see why). hit shift+n to put it in debugging mode. you should get message pop up about debugging mode and if you didn't click the background you'll also have an N in one of the name boxes.
3. the alien skin should be found under the skintones. I'm not sure about the eyes though. I've never had the desire to make an alien.
4. shift+M turns off debugging mode

if you want an authentic alien, your best bet would be to either get a sim abducted or make them alien pregnant with the tombstone of life and death (keep boolprop on, shift+click a sim, spawn, select tombstone of life and death). click the tombstone and hit more once or twice until you see the option to make alien pregnant. :D

I never played Sims 2, but in the original game you could download "skins" to make your character look any way you wanted.
