--> Right click near address bar
--> Unlock the tool bars
--> Click on the address of address bar and drag it wherever u want .
--> Again Lock the tool bars

I think you can't because IE7 now on beta testing.

use firefox instead it is a free download, there is less crap on it less hassle and less adware and spyware
