Depends on the state. A woman can sexually assault a man, but aggravated rape usually requires an act of penetration. Thus, unless she's sporting a strap on, its physically impossible for a woman to rape a man in the legal sense in many states. California for example requires penatration for rape to actually apply. A man could thus rape another man, and a man could rape a woman, but a woman could not rape a man.

I think the law are more biased against the men than women. No judge will believe a girl can rape a guy unless the girl is totally muscular and so can overpower the guy or the guy is underaged or retarded.

A girl can only seduce a guy but cannot rape. If a guy does not want to have sex he cannot have erection and therefore no rape can occur unless he be given drug or something to erect his penis even against his will.

Yes it can happen that way but it is not seen that way by sicioty today out in the well known real world it would trun on the male as if he did it thus the real truth would be that she did it to him thus it would be her word againsed his thus again meaning hed be in deep you know what instead of her in what forced it on him.
