Even if it doesn't, your baby deserves a smoke free body to develop in.

Prayer would be best. Children are such a miracle and such a blessing. We are going to have our 6th girl in Nov.
Our 5th girl was born a year and a half ago. We discovered that a freind of ours had 3 miscarriages and they had been married 7 years. We just thought they were waiting, didn't know they were trying so hard.
We ended up naming our 4th girl with both of their names in one of her names, to remind us to pray for them. Her name is Hannah Isabella Shanaron. (Shanaron is Shanon and Arron) Not to long ago they had their first baby.

quiting will definitely help. I would also recommend to stop drinking, I know it sucks, but thats best. Also I would start taking prenatals, these 3 things helped my best friend out and she was told she would never have kids, but she did! Plenty of rest drink lots of water, and start tracking when you're ovulating. When your discharge is clearish and sort of looks like eggs white with how stretchy and sticky it is, thats when you are ovulating!!!!! Good luck!
